No Refund Policy

All purchases made on AutoMarket are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Listing fees
  • Subscription plans (Free, Basic, Premium, or any future plans)
  • Promotional or featured listing upgrades
  • Renewal payments

Once a listing is published or a subscription term begins, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused time or accidental purchases.

Listing Duration & Renewals

Each paid listing or subscription remains active for the full duration of the selected plan.

  • If you do not wish to continue your listing or membership, you must ensure that auto-renewal is disabled before the renewal date.
  • Failure to cancel or disable renewal before the billing date will result in a charge, and no refund will be provided.

It is the responsibility of the user to manage their account settings and renewal preferences.

Exceptions — Issues on Our End

Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances, at the sole discretion of AutoMarket, including:

  • A verified technical error on our platform that prevents your listing from being published or displayed
  • Duplicate charges caused by a system malfunction
  • Billing errors directly attributable to AutoMarket

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • User error (incorrect information, accidental purchase, or failure to cancel)
  • Listings removed due to policy violations
  • Listings removed for suspected fraud, misleading content, or unsafe activity
  • Dissatisfaction with listing performance, traffic, or sale results

Requesting Support

If you believe you were charged due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of the charge with the following information:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID or receipt
  • Description of the issue

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting AutoMarket may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Removal of all active listings
  • Permanent ban from the platform

Policy Updates

REALWHEELDEALS.com reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
