A: Anyone 13 years or older can create an account. Both private sellers and licensed dealerships may post listings.


For Buyers

Q: How do I contact a seller?
A: Click the “Contact Seller” button on a listing and send a message using our secure platform messaging. Avoid sharing personal contact info until you’re comfortable.

Q: Are vehicles inspected by Real Wheel Deals?
A: No. We recommend optional pre-purchase inspections by trusted service providers, but all vehicle checks are the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: How do I pay for a vehicle?
A: All transactions are handled directly between buyer and seller. Use safe methods such as cash or secure payment services — never wire money or send gift cards.

Q: What if I suspect a scam or fraudulent listing?
A: Report the listing immediately via the “Report Listing” button. Follow our Safety Tips to avoid fraud.


For Sellers

Q: How do I create a listing?
A: Log in, click “Create Listing,” and provide accurate details including: make, model, year, mileage, condition, title status, and clear photos.

Q: Can I list vehicle parts or trailers?
A: No. Only used vehicles are allowed. Parts, trailers, and non-vehicle items are prohibited.

Q: Do I need to pay to post a listing?

Q: Can I edit or remove my listing?
A: Yes. Go to your account dashboard, select the listing, and choose “Edit” or “Delete.”


Account & Payments

Q: What information do you collect when I create an account?
A: We collect your name, email, phone number, and vehicle info for listings. Payment details are only collected securely through WooCommerce Payments for transactions on the site.

Q: Can I delete my account?
A: Yes. Contact us or use the account dashboard to request deletion. Your past transactions remain your responsibility.

Q: How do optional pre-purchase inspections work?
A: You may schedule an inspection with a trusted provider through our site. Payments are handled securely, and the inspection reports vehicle condition at the time of service. Real Wheel Deals is not responsible for future vehicle issues.

Q: What rules must I follow when posting a listing?
A: Refer to our Listing Rules / Posting Guidelines page for full requirements. Both private sellers and dealerships must follow these rules. Listings must be accurate and free of prohibited items.

Q: I forgot my password — what do I do?
A: Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your password via email.

Q: I’m having trouble uploading photos — any tips?
A: Ensure your images are in JPEG or PNG format and not too large. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

Q: Can I browse without creating an account?
A: Yes, you can view listings and search for vehicles without signing up. To contact sellers or post listings, an account is required.
